ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Monday or business day.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed. This confirmation email will be needed when making returns, so please do not discard it.

ORDERING METHOD

Customers can place orders by messaging us directly on our social media platforms or via email. Additionally, pieces can be purchased in person at The Wayne Café.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments for orders can be made through [insert preferred payment methods].

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will coordinate the delivery or pick-up details with the customer. Orders picked up at The Wayne Café are subject to the café's operating hours.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Returns and exchanges are not applicable once the items have been worn or used. For any inquiries related to returns, please contact us via social media or email.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom-made orders are non-refundable. Any issues with custom orders must be reported within [insert time frame] of receiving the item.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Out the Lies or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion without express written permission from us.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. You are prohibited from engaging in activities that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the site.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Out the Lies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted, and your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
